Pelvic Pain Care, Without the Waitlist

No matter where you live or how far the nearest specialist is, you don't have to wait to start understanding your pain. Our programs are designed with three main goals in mind:

Finding Your Driver

Learn the physical, nervous system, and lifestyle factors that could be fueling your pain. The roadmap to relief starts with knowing what you're facing.

Self and Partner Manual Techniques

Receive video instructions for step-by-step self and partner techniques you can practice from home, building self-agency from day one.

Movement as Treatment

Follow guided stretching, yoga, and movement videos to support you through flares and everyday movement.

Hi, I'm Caroline.

Ā

I'm a pelvic floor physical therapist, and I built the PelviPain Project from a simple dream: that everyone living with chronic pelvic pain could get the care they deserve. Pelvic pain is complex, but it's not hopeless. The same approach that's worked for my patients in clinic is what I've tried to build into this program.

Ā

You know something isn't right, even when it's hard to explain or a test comes back normal, and that instinct deserves to be trusted. Self-agency and a sense of direction go a long way. And every option that doesn't work brings you one step closer to the one that might.

Pelvic Pain Doesn't All Look the Same

Everyone's pain is different and unique. We are building condition-specific programs one at a time.
